Data science teams even have the ability to license AnalyticsIQ’s proprietary algorithm to utilize in-house and apply to their own data sets.

BioPharm Communications Background
BioPharm is a leading medical communications and marketing agency that specializes in providing peer-to-peer solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. BioPharm develops clinical content in collaboration with key opinion leaders and delivers it to healthcare practitioners through the company’s comprehensive suite of branded programs.

Cal Net Technology Group Background
Cal Net Technology Group is a regional IT managed service provider, or “MSP”, serving small- and medium-sized businesses in Southern California. Cal Net targets enterprises with 50-1000 employees and provides IT products and support services both on-site and remotely. Cal Net is the 63rd largest MSP in the world and #5 in California.

Convene Background
Convene is a developer and operator of urban day conference centers. Convene’s suite of services includes meeting and collaboration space rental along with staffing, audiovisual, catering and conference planning support. Convene currently operates five conference centers and is executing on a multi-city East-coast expansion.

Cozzini Bros. Background
Cozzini Bros. is a leading provider of knife sharpening and rental services to the foodservice industry nationwide with 16 locations across the country. Cozzini’s 20,000 customers include national restaurant chains, independent restaurants, grocery stores, institutional and commercial kitchens, and other foodservice establishments.
Boathouse partnered with Audax Group to acquire the company by investing an undisclosed amount of mezzanine debt and equity to facilitate the transaction.
DuckerFrontier Background
DuckerFrontier is a leading consulting advisory services and pharmaceutical events business that works with over 200 multinational clients globally. Their clients rely on DuckerFrontier’s leading consulting advisory services, tailored to support as critical inputs for strategic planning, commercial execution and ongoing market monitoring needs.
Boathouse Capital partnered with DuckerFrontier’s founders by investing subordinated debt and equity to recapitalize the company and support its growth.
Finch Background
Finch leverages artificial intelligence to automate previously manual processes and improve decision making for paid search, display and shopping advertising on Google, Bing, Yahoo, Display Networks, and Amazon. The platform allows its customers to focus on more strategic tasks beyond basic advertising functions. Finch uses its artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze historical patterns and optimize paid marketing spend. Ultimately, Finch allows its customers to increase overall marketing spending with the confidence that it will generate strong and predictable returns on the optimal channel.

Fresh Dining Concepts Background
Fresh Dining Concepts is the third largest Auntie Anne’s franchisee and operates over 50 in-line stores, baking kiosks and satellite retail units along the East Coast from New York to Florida. In addition to its Auntie Anne’s operations, the Company also operates several Cinnabon and Carvel stores.
Boathouse Capital provided equity alongside Green Shoot Partners, an independent sponsor, to acquire Fresh Dining Concepts.
GreenDrop Background
2nd Ave operates a network of 2nd Ave and Village Thrift Value Stores in four Mid-Atlantic states, which resells donated clothing and household goods purchased from select charities utilizing the solicitation services of GreenDrop, LLC, an affiliate of the Company. In addition to generating millions of dollars annually to support the charities’ initiatives, the Company’s operations enable the resale of needed items, at low prices, to consumers while supporting a third-generation family-owned business employing over 1,500 throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Boathouse Capital’s mezzanine debt investment was used to recapitalize the balance sheet and support the operational development of the business as it enters a new phase of growth.
Hawke Aerospace Background
Hawke Aerospace Holdings is the parent company of helicopter maintenance provider Uniflight, Aviation Services Unlimited, which provides tactical airlift services and Infinity Leasing, a rotocraft lease finance company to helicopter operators.

Since its founding in the late 1990s, KBP has consistently demonstrated brand-leading financial and operating performance and has successfully integrated numerous add-on acquisitions.

Network for Good Background
Network for Good provides small nonprofits and partners with an innovative, all-in-one fundraising platform and support services needed to execute modern, results-oriented fundraising campaigns. According to the 2018 Giving USA report, Americans gave $410 billion to some of the 1.5 million U.S.-based nonprofits last year, most of whom rely on a patchwork of outdated methods and software solutions to attract, solicit, accept, and track these donations. Network for Good will use its funding to expand product features and accelerate programs to help more small nonprofits to do more good by taking advantage of modern, easy-to-use software.
